P.T. CITRA CENDEKIA INDONESIA (CCI) has succeeded in compiling and publishing the above comprehensive study. Nowadays, the Wheat Flour has been accepted in all layers of Indonesian people proved by keeping increase its demand yearly. Most of the wheat flour is used by industrial sector, such as bread, noodle, biscuit, paste industry and so on.

Domestic production development of wheat flour increased 10.54% per year in the last five years. In 2010, the wheat flour production was some 3.37 million tons up to 5.46 million tons in 2014.

Based on the above condition, the wheat flour supply or the assumption to domestic consumption grew 6.11% per year in the last five years. Whereas, in 2010, the consumption recorded 4.40 million tons mounted to 5.58 million tons in 2014.

By comparing the production projection to consumption projection in the next five years, it looks like that there will be a market prospect in 2017. The market prospect will continue to increase if the projection can be realized, therefore, in 2019, there will be a market prospect at amount of 118,018 tons.
